The Hyatt Regency Savannah is already at or near capacity over the rescheduled set of dates, but there are many hotels nearby where you can make a room reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Full refunds will be issued, minus a $150 processing fee, if cancellation is received on or before 60 days prior to the Summit start date. If cancellation is received within 30 to 60 days of the Summit date a 50% refund will be issued. No refunds are available within 30 days of the Summit start date. Substitutions are allowed without penalty.

Terms and Conditions

Credit card payments immediately reserve a spot on the Summit roster. Payment by check must be received two weeks prior to the Summit start date to guarantee a roster spot. If payment is not received, registration will be cancelled.
