Description
I.T.
is the nervous system of most organizations, yet too often I.T.
is not directly involved in process improvement efforts. I. T.
departments which lack the support, energy, and know-how to
identify, own, and solve problems at a root-cause level are
forced to resort to quick-fix
workarounds
that actually
make the situation worse.
When
information is incomplete, inaccurate, late, or difficult to
access, organizations pay a huge price. Some I. T. processes
comprise as much as 80 percent waste! This workshop will show
you how to drive new behaviors, skills and innovation within
your IT organization to adapt, improve, and keep the
organization moving forward . Learn how to transform your LT.
capability from a strategic liability to a strategic asset!
